As Country Manager, you will oversee the full scope of the company's activities in your country, ensuring strong business performance, operational excellence, and alignment with Group strategy. You will lead local teams, develop the market, maintain high standards, and represent the organization. This is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility for strategy, financial results, organization management, and market positioning.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the national development strategy in alignment with Group objectives.
  • Drive business expansion, strengthen market presence, and develop the technical services portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions, and support integration processes.
  • Lead and develop local management teams and business unit leaders.
  • Ensure operational performance, commercial success, and profitability across all business units.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and support talent development and succession planning.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of services delivered to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across all activities.
  • Foster collaboration and synergies between business units and with the global organization.
  • Represent the company to public authorities, industry organizations, and key clients.
  • Build strong partnerships and support major commercial efforts, particularly with key accounts.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Group support functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Communications, Technology).
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and implementation of Group policies and standards.
  • Oversee matters related to legal representation, insurance, ethics, internal control, and data protection.
  • Ensure strong adherence to quality, safety, security, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Manage the full P&L for the country and oversee key performance indicators.
  • Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring.



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in technical services, engineering, industrial services, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience managing a P&L and leading transformative organizational initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment and manage multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English
