Job Description
- Reporting to: CEO
- Team management: > 10 people
The professional will be mainly accountable for:
- Designing, developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategy
- Acting as the strategic business partner and guiding/advising senior leadership team from strategic marketing perspective to support the company business plans
- Managing the marketing budget
- Leading key relations with agencies
- Building, developing and coaching the team, strengthening the function's capabilities
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10-15 years of marketing experience especially gained in FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking and other related markets
- Strong brand & communications management know-how is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills is a must
- Loyalty background would bring an important advantage
- Solid stakeholder management approach
- Business acumen, resilient, adaptable and learning-oriented
- Digitally driven; able to leverage emerging technologies to transform the function
- Fluency in English is a must
