About Our Client

My client is an innovative Crypto company seeking a Managing Director Front Office / "Markt" (m/f/d). The job is mainly based in Frankfurt but also open for a candidate based anywhere in Germany, who is ready to regularly come to Frankfurt. The role focuses on building and scaling the commercial activities while integrating traditional financial expertise with next-generation technologies.

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for all front office and business-related activities, including sales, trading, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Development and execution of the commercial strategy for digital asset products and services in line with regulatory and risk frameworks.
  • Ownership of client acquisition and relationship management, covering institutional clients, partners, and key market participants.
  • Close collaboration with the back office and risk functions to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk discipline.
  • Active contribution to the design and launch of new digital asset products, including tokenized instruments and crypto-related financial services.
  • Monitoring of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business models within the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Representation of the company towards clients, strategic partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
  • Leadership and further development of high-performing front office teams with a focus on performance, accountability, and innovation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Completed university degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, with a strong front office or commercial focus.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales, trading, corporate banking, capital markets, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, client needs, and revenue-driven business models.
  • High affinity for digital assets, blockchain technology, and fintech innovation; prior crypto experience is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Confident and credible presence when interacting with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
