CTO

The successful candidate will:

· Lead the engineering work, building an innovative solution for complex customers, at scale

· Translate product objectives into engineering strategy, infrastructure, and tasks to deliver desired customer experience

Responsibilities will include:

Leading back-end and front-end development efforts, including input into hiring, training, and managing engineering resources

Have ultimate responsibility for quality of engineering efforts, including reviewing pull requests, finding and raising bugs, and specifying engineering approaches

Have detailed understanding of full product codebase

Propose high-level architecture for the product, and work with engineers to implement the architecture

Identify talent needs to achieve product roadmap, and source / interview candidates to make hiring recommendations

Develop proof of concept code that can be used to guide engineers

Collaborate with sales and operations team to support customers

Create minimal-viable-product for the venture team to validate concepts - identifying appropriate technology stack to solve business problems and developing a SaaS product using full stack development tools, including database, backend, and frontend engineering

Collaborate with product team on feature roadmap

Assess and qualify vendors (contractors, tools, data) / keep abreast of new technologies to ensure venture maintains state-of-art architecture / Codify learning's and best practices
