Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring the timely delivery of all projects
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Oversee the preparation of project reports, status updates, and performance metrics
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status to senior management and clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, mentoring and coaching team members to ensure their growth and development
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 12 + years of experience in project management within the Real Estate industry, with a proven track record of delivering large scale, complex projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial manageme
