Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to final investment decisions, ensuring successful project development. You will also contribute to the strategic development of the projects by providing valuable commercial and planning expertiseOversee wind projects from inception to construction completion.Manage external consultants to facilitate project development.Ensure projects adhere to budget and timelinesCollaborate with the Origination Lead to investigate development constraints for prospective sites and projects in the feasibility stage.Generate project reports detailing progress, budget, schedule, issues, risks, and opportunities.Attend community events and engage in discussions on key development considerations.Foster and maintain productive relationships with project landowners from project initiation to construction handover.Evaluate the technical and commercial viability of projects and identify potential acquisition opportunities.Coordinate the development of project reports and investment cases to support decision-making.The Successful ApplicantA minimum of 7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on the pre-construction phase, is required, with a preference for expertise in wind development.
