Job Description
- Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
- Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organisational objectives are met.
- Source for and work closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned.
- Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up.
- Plan and manage budget across all digital and social media channels and platforms.
- Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing and social media channels and propose optimisation initiatives to maximise marketing ROI.
- Ensure the efficiency and optimisation of the digital ecosystem through SEO, SEM, and SMO.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices.
- Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimise organisational productivity and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Master/postgraduate/specialisation in Digital Marketing / Social Media.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in retail fashion industry.
- Experience working with digital agencies.
- In-depth knowledge and experience using various digitalmarketing platforms and tools
- Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM and SMO.
- Proven track record of effective budget planning and management.
- Familiarity with all major social media networks specially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights.
- Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives.
- Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
