Job Description

  • Establish new relationships to introduce the consultancy to key industry stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth through IT service and project sales, targeting substantial revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement mid- and long-term strategic plans for market penetration.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and expand client networks, fully understanding their business needs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS scores, ensuring consistent client engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Present the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Keep leadership informed of industry trends and client challenges impacting the business

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services sales with large corporations.
  • Strong background in IT services for Lifesciences, CPG, or Beverage industries.
  • Experience in project sales, including Custom Software Development, System Integration, and Digital Engineering.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and consultative sales skills.
  • Advanced analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to drive new revenue within the initial 6-9 months of hire.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Data, BI, AI, Digital Engineering, and eCommerce services
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders within target industries.
  • Strong track record in landing high-value deals with the potential for substantial growth.
