Job Description

The Director of Corporate Real Estate - Global, will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the lead strategic advisor to executive leadership on corporate real estate matters.
  • Develop and manage the corporate real estate budget, ensuring financial discipline and cost optimization - analyzing real estate investments, cost reduction opportunities, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global real estate strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth plans.
  • Optimize the company's global real estate portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiation, asset management, and space utilization.
  • Lead the acquisition, disposition, and development of corporate properties to maximize value.
  • Evaluate market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial models to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee workplace strategy, ensuring top levels of business productivity, culture, and employee experience.
  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices in facilities management, sustainability, and space planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate technology and innovation into real estate operations.
  • Establish policies and procedures to ensure cost-effective real estate management.
  • Negotiate complex lease and purchase agreements to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, legal frameworks, and corporate governance policies.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, landlords, developers, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and leading real estate negotiations

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Business or Real Estate Related Field Strongly Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Certifications: LEED, MCR, CCIM - nice to have
  • 15 - 20 years of Corporate Real Estate/Asset Management/Facilities tenure essential
  • Successful track record of M&A integration, sustainability initiatives and large scale corporate real estate projects
  • Expert negotiation and site-selection skills

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $200,000 - $215,000
  • Annual Bonus Eligibility: 20% - 25%
