The role will involve managing external partners, consultants, and suppliers, with no direct internal team reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Northeast.

  • Our client is a recognized global organization, seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Real Estate to lead a strategic construction and asset development project in Northeastern Brazil. This is a critical leadership role focused on the delivery of a major high-value project, with substantial investments already underway and a long-term vision for infrastructure expansion in the region.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects.
  • Represent the client across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee licensing, budgeting, risk management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and financial reporting.
  • Support local operations with facilities and service structure oversight.
  • Report directly to the national leadership, with a functional line to international headquarters.



The Successful Applicant

  • We are looking for an experienced executive with a strong background in infrastructure and real estate projects in hospitality, entertainment or related sectors, ideally involving high-traffic or capital-intensive assets. The candidate must have a proven track record of leading projects from the client side, managing delivery in complex stakeholder environments.
  • In addition to strong technical expertise, the role requires a hands-on, pragmatic leader with strategic thinking, a sense of ownership, and the ability to drive execution with autonomy. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
