Job Description
General Corporate responsibilities including:
- Managing, Advising and Collaborating with the legal team
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders in the business
- Assess legal risk
- Ensure smooth process for contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiating
- Handle any communications with external law firms
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified Attorney in Japan or in an English-speaking jurisdiction
- At least 10 years of experience in a law firm OR in-house (both is an advantage)
- Fluent in Japanese
- Fluent in English
- Able to communicate effectively complex legal issues
