Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance
  • Partner with external law firms
  • Partner with compliance team
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness of legal division

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified in Japan or an English-speaking jurisdiction
  • Broad level of experience in senior in-house or law firm roles
  • Fluent Japanese
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication abilities to communicate ideas effectively
