Job Description
- Work to structure syndicated bank loans along with institutional debt solutions (closely-held and TLB) to pair with bank capital or replace bank capital, as appropriate
- Identify potential first time high yield issuers and pitch process/ratings considerations and market conditions in the space
- Understand and pitch timing and pricing considerations of follow-on issuance for existing high yield issuers
- Remain current on market standards with respect to engagement papers, term sheets and loan documentation
- Oversee the compilation of marketing materials including market conditions, comps/RVAs and execution strategies
- Actively track trends in the syndicated and institutional loan markets and high yield capital markets
