Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational transformation goals.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and introduce enhancements.
  • Enhance productivity and reduce costs through process improvements and best practices.
  • Establish and communicate KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Maintain high service quality and ensure outstanding customer experience by monitoring standards.
  • Collaborate across local and international teams to drive cross-functional success.
  • Enhancing team capabilities through skill development and training.
  • Cultivating an organizational culture centered on performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Expertise in operational excellence, project management, and change management within railway company.
  • Experience in other types of transportation.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and guide teams during change.
  • Creating and managing budgets, optimizing costs, and analyzing financial performance.
  • Hands-on expertise in process management, including designing, implementing, and refining processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Excellent skills in communication, delivering presentations, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English.
