Operating at senior management level or above with regular interaction and influence at Executive and Board.Change and Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and delivering people and organisational development strategies in complex, change-driven environments.Culture and Engagement Impact: Deep understanding of organisational culture and demonstrated success in improving employee engagement, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Commercial Awareness: Strong business awareness, financial management skills, and the ability to use data and insight to build compelling business cases and influence at senior levels.
