Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and commercial thinking across Anchor, helping shape and deliver our corporate business plan.
  • Build strong relationships inside and outside the organisation to spark innovation and drive best practice.
  • Develop and maintain a future-focused procurement strategy that keeps us compliant and ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure our procurement delivers great services, excellent value for money, and meets all regulatory standards.



 

The Successful Applicant

Essential Criteria

  • Experience at a senior level in procurement, with a track record of managing complex projects and supplier relationships.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and customer rights, always putting residents at the heart of decision-making.
  • Educated, ideally to degree level, with MCIPS qualification desirable and a commitment to ongoing professional development, including knowledge of the 2023 Procurement Act.
