About Our Client
Our Client is a financial holding company that overs a wide range of financial services to Clients around the world.
Job Description
- Identify, originate, and cross-sell ancillary business opportunities
- Work with financial sponsor coverage bankers to ensure a seamless client experience
- Partner with Underwriting and the Portfolio Management team to structure, underwriter, close, and manage opportunities
- Proactively identify issues and restructure deals to mitigate potential future risk
- Lead a team of industry professionals
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of relationship management experience in the commercial and corporate banking market
- Formal credit training
- Track record of originating, managing, and underwriting new deals
- Experience working as sole bank or lead arranger to pitch, negotiate, and execute transactions that raise capital
- Must have in-depth knowledge of banking products and services
