Job Description
- Accountability for the overall health of the business through identifying sustainable business growth areas
- Drive sales pipeline and KPIs to ensure existing and future pipeline remain healthy
- Work closely cross-functional teams to address evolving market needs
- Through strategic customer engagement, develop trusting partnerships with CXOs and CXO-1
- Engage stakeholders and share insights for creative problem solving / deal structuring
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Computing or Technology related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a technology solutions sales role (ideally hybrid cloud)
- Strong problem solving
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation
- Excellent verbal communication and Conflict Management skills
