Manage Support Services teams (Client Support / Administration / Compliance / HR / IT)
Work with Board of Directors to develop strategic plan for business
Lead Business Efficiency's and Improvements
Create and manage Support Services budgets.
The Successful Applicant
The Client Services Director will have held a similar role within a professional environment, you must be able to demonstrate:
- A solid understanding of business functions and the associated regulatory requirements.
- A sound knowledge of process flow and business efficiencies.
- A detailed understanding of HR / IT / HSEQ Compliance / GDPR requirements.
- A knowledge of the property management industry is preferred but not essential.
Leadership: Commitment, drive and enthusiasm to successfully execute targets assigned in line with business objectives. Ability to influence senior staff who report directly to others.
Communication : Self-motivated with an ability to motivate others. Confident approach with the ability to deal with personnel at all levels, both within the firm and with external agencies etc.
Able to diffuse difficult situations and reach amicable agreements with all parties concerned.
Administrative : A sound, logical approach to business processes and an ability to recognise potential improvements / enhancements to current practices.
Financial : Good numerical and financial skills with an ability to identify operational improvements / enhancements.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem Solving : Ability to make objective decisions when faced with relevant issues and to resolve such issues to everyone's satisfaction.
IT : Excellent IT skills with an advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio etc. Ability to quickly learn in-house bespoke software package.
