Job Description

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and retain top-tier diverse talent.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team and oversee a wider recruitment and research function.
  • Forecast organizational staffing needs and implement proactive short- and long-term hiring solutions.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and SLA management with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, AAP, and other regulatory requirements while achieving diversity hiring goals.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and measure effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and oversee outsourced recruitment activities.
  • Lead the annual TA operating budget and allocate resources strategically to meet hiring targets.
  • Enhance candidate experience from interview to onboarding through continuous process improvement.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support site visits and recruitment initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in managing global recruitment functions and driving strategic hiring initiatives. They possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Experience in large organizations, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment, is preferred. They have a strategic mindset, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and are adept at implementing process improvements and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is collaborative, results-driven, and comfortable working across multiple regions, with the ability to travel internationally as required.
