About Our Client
Based in Boston's vibrant Seaport, my client is a large law firm with operations across the globe. They have partnered exclusively with Michael Page Boston to secure their next Director of Tax.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced tax professional seeking a fast paced, dynamic and high energy work environment. As a leader within the firm, the Director of Tax, Treasury and Risk Management, reporting to the Managing Director of Finance and managing a team of three, will be responsible for overseeing all tax compliance and tax planning functions for the company, including federal and state income, International and Partnership tax planning, employment, transfer, and other taxes.
This is a role that is designed for someone who is looking to secure their next role in a stable, high performing and collaborative law firm environment where discretion, intellectual curiosity and having the ability to roll up one's sleeves and get involved at all levels, is highly valued.
Ideal candidates will come from either a public accounting background, or a blend of public and corporate.

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA designation - essential
- 10 to 15 plus years of experience in Tax
