Job Description

Plan the workforce, anticipating medium- and long-term staffing needs.Design and implement the necessary actions and processes to attract, hire and retain talent.Design performance evaluation systems. Identify potential and design appropriate career plans in coordination with succession plans.Design and implementation of the annual training planDefinition of all job positions together with the corresponding department management.Design, implementation and monitoring of the compensation system to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.Implementing a system for evaluating and monitoring the work climate and job satisfaction.Management of administrative procedures (contracts, payroll, social security and control of employee rights and duties.Management of labor relations (individual and collective) (works councils, personnel delegates or union liaisons), preventing and resolving any conflicts that may arise.GImplementation of preventive measures to protect people's health.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, we believe that the candidate needs to have at least 5-8 years of experience as HR Director, ideally with experience in some retail environment as well as a good level of English
