Job Description

  • Create and execute functional strategy and goals aligned to the company strategy and objectives.
  • Establish and implement short and long-term department goals to accomplish these.
  • Ensure resources are available to execute department goals and objectives such as systems, software, equipment, vendors, etc.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets for direct-to-consumer operations by implementing strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability.
  • Negotiate goals, margins, and inventory coverage for each eCommerce account and direct-to-consumer operations.
  • Manage relationships with eRetailers, Marketplaces, and Suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to move overstocked and slow-moving inventory and products and identify distribution channels to move inventory.
  • Oversee and work to continuously improve customer-focused services, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Work with Marketing and Product Development to build product roadmaps and oversee their execution.
  • Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends, explore new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site experience and generate revenue and profits.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree+5years of experience within an E-Commerce environment
Consumer Packaging Goods experience would be a plus
Willing to relocate to Houston, TX
