About Our Client
Client is one Leading/premium food, French company;
- Lead and manage the digital and online sales and e-commerce strategy
- Set and deliver sales objectives in conjunction with the marketing communication team.
- Develop comprehensive execution plans for the delivery of the annual business plan
- Work with established and emerging e-commerce platforms and verticals to promote products with a differentiated shopping experience.
- Identify and evaluate online partnership and promotional opportunities to increase market share
- Identify and advise on emerging digital trends and opportunities
- This position must also coordonate with other Sales Directors to ensure aligment on Brand pricing strategy and generate On Line/Off Line Synergies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or a related ecommerce Field
- 5+ years' ecommerce experience and relevant sales experience
- Experience in conventional/offline sales in the auto aftercare market is a plus
- Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and effectively cross- functionally
- Excellent organizational skills and strong customer relationship skills
- Innovative thinking, good in planning, strong results-orientation
- Superior skills working with software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong analytical skills and has knowledge and experience of website analytics tools
- Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
