About Our Client
For our Client a Global organization, currently we are looking for experienced professionals for the newly created position of EMEA HR Services Director.
Job Description
- Work with stakeholders to create and deliver new HR strategy, financial and people objectives to ensure SSC achieves its growth targets in line with Company expectations
- Provide HR support assistance for various Partners across the region including senior regional / global stakeholders
- Manage all HR-related processes: recruitment, on-boarding, appraisals, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employees' relations
- Ensure the execution and delivery of HR operational activities in an effective and efficient manner
- Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to drive people development
- Support Global HQ in implementing international HR projects
- Coordinate headcount reporting, salary reviews, development planning and coaching
The Successful Applicant
- Years of experience as an HR Services Manager/Director in an international company; experience of working in SSC/BPO environment at senior level internationally is strongly preferred
- Experience of working in respect of SLAs, implementation and supervisory of HR operations is essential
- Broad understanding of business and HR frameworks, initiatives, compliance and models
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, labour law, employee and employees' relations
- Ability to convince and influence others, high level of initiatives
- Good coaching and facilitation skills
- Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests
- Open- and cross-culturally minded
- Very good written and verbal communication of English
