Job Description

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients to address their business needs.
  • Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks in transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends and legal developments in energy and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:
