Job Description

This is a mobilization and transformation role, focused on making foundational sustainability measurable, actionable, and real, especially across the company´s sourcing and operations footprint. All initiatives need to be aligned and validated with the businesses, trying to maximize shared value creation.

The role will have 3 direct reports: a data analyst, a factories transition manager, and an environmental manager.

  • Define the vision and ambition of the Group´s foundational elements.
  • Co-own the execution (together with group and businesses' teams) roadmap and act as the group PMO for the Company´s group-wide foundational KPIs across six core areas (e.g., GHG, packaging, sourcing, water, waste, nature).
  • Develop and support the execution of a thorough supplier engagement program (where most of our impact lies).
  • Monitor external benchmarks, standards and best practices to inform strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with sustainability data providers and external partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in sustainability-related roles.
  • Strong project management and structuring skills - e.g., PMO, consulting toolkit.
  • Experience working with suppliers or value chain decarbonization programs.
  • Exposure to regenerative agriculture, packaging sustainability, or food industry.
  • Valuable experience in consulting and strategy companies.
  • Understanding of key standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence operational teams (especially procurement or supply chain).
  • Strong communication and soft skills to align diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.
