About Our Client
Our client is a leading regional player in TMT sector with growing presence in SEA region. They are looking for an up-and-coming leader to take up the ESG lead position.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing & Communication that oversees ESG function, you will be the core member that leads the ESG function with core focus on reporting. Being well supported by an executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's sustainability programs including tracking its ESG performance vs target and coming up with an actionable ESG strategy and its corresponding roadmaps. You will be the key driver for the company sustainability report while being a good story-teller to advocate on the ESG progress, success and how it positively impacts business performance.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate needs to be very familiar with international ESG framework and reporting standard with aspiration to move up to be the core advocate of ESG. Relevant experience or qualification will be ideal.
Exposure to subject matters like impact evaluation, carbon market and decarbonization strategies will be a plus.
You are expected to be a hands-on individual who however can demonstrate good leadership potential given that it will be a growing division.
