Job Description
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Headhunting,various online platforms and networking
- Manage the candidates through all stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain relationships with key candidates
- Liaise with clients to understand needs of the hiring managers and wider business to ensure excellent customer service
- Attend client pitches and meetings with Senior Recruiter
- Prepare all execution material to be presented to clients
- Leverage expertise of wider Page Group to service client needs
- Act as point person for client inquires
- Drive and promote culture of Page Executive
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate points to senior management, senior recruiters, candidates, and clients simultaneously
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience within Talent Acquisition at a financial services or professional services firm a plus
- Knowledge of all elements of risk associated with recruitment
- Understanding of business area a plus
