About Our Client

Our client is a manufacturing company of auto spare parts to supply petrol cars in China. They are ruling out a strategy of second line growth as well as enlargement of their manufacturing capacity in China.

Job Description

This person will sit in their manufacturing plant in China, responsibilities include:

  • Head finance operation team in China with a focus on costing.
  • Act as business partner to support local management team on business growth in China market.
  • Advise business towards operation excellence
  • Consolidate business results to global headquarter, prepare company-wide budget and forecast.
  • Evaluate and calculate payback analysis on business opportunities, technological investments and new programs in conjunction with management team.
  • Lead and reach competitive practice in China.

The Successful Applicant

The is an ex-pat role, with the below requirements:

  • Bachelor above degree in Finance, Economy, Engineer, Business Management or similar;
  • over 8 years finance working experience in manufacturing site, preferably in automotive sector;
  • China working experience in a plus;
  • Knowledge in lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles;
  • Great leadership skills with business insights.
