We are seeking a charismatic and relationship-driven Export Director to lead and grow our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a senior professional with a strong background in the home and living sector, preferably with experience in bathroom products, and a passion for design.Job DescriptionLeadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Export Managers (currently 5 FTE), fostering a high-performance culture and aligning their goals with company strategyMarket Expansion: Identify and prioritize new market opportunities in Europe and outside the current stronghold.
