Job Description

Brand Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and equity to enhance competitive advantage and increase market share.
  • Evaluate opportunities for new brands, licensing partnerships, and product launches based on commercial feasibility and profitability analysis.



Marketing Leadership

  • Establish and implement innovative marketing frameworks, policies, and initiatives aligned with consumer trends and business priorities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and communication assets to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Ensure brand storytelling and visual identity standards are maintained across platforms and markets.



Portfolio and Cross Functional Management

  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of licensed and owned brands, ensuring each brand meets performance and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, merchandising, and other internal teams to identify business opportunities and support successful launches.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to brand teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.



Market and Financial Analysis

  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitor performance, sales forecasts, and financial metrics to guide brand decisions.
  • Monitor brand performance and implement corrective strategies to maximize effectiveness and profitability.



Budget and Performance Oversight

  • Lead marketing budget planning and allocation to ensure cost efficiency and strong return on investment.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize spending based on measurable results and strategic priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related fields, with proven leadership or team management responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand portfolios, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
