The Finance / Accounting Manager BPO Liaison is primary responsible for managerial oversight of designated accounting duties outsourced to the BPO, and acting as a liaison between the BPO (India) and Integra APAC Finance teams for all related matters.
You will co-ordinate the financial month-end close process for outsourced accounting functions, and ensure that all sub-ledgers are updated and reconciled accurately and in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate the activities of the BPO Accounting team, ensuring each account and activity is assigned and performed in accordance with contractual obligations.
The role requires occasional travel to the BPO offices in India, as well as Integra offices in China and Japan.
You will report to the Global BPO Liaison, based in New Jersey.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal background: Previous experience in an accounting-focused BPO outsourcing and management position, additional experience in traditional finance and accounting positions also build the ideal profile. Internal audit and internal controls experience also highly regarded.
Technical skills: Strong technical financial accounting skills, with extensive process and team management of month end processes is mandatory, external stakeholder, account management and/or contract management is important. The ability to manage without authority, Relationship building skills with other Integra Finance teams across APAC, Presenting skills, Staff management skills.
