About Our Client

The most candidate should be flexible in nature, able to react quickly to problems and be able to act as a commercial finance business partner to the MD level.
Job Description
- Devise and implement the strategic growth plan for Asia along with the MD
- Work closely with the HQ in regards to timely updates on the financials and developments of Asia
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function for Asia to provide commentary to local GMs and HQ
- Establish best practices and internal controls
- Identify and drive cost focus justification to enhance operational efficiency
- Coach and develop the current finance team in Hong Kong
- Consider, contribute to and implement best in class finance organisation across the region
- Involve in upcoming investment, M&A and integration projects
- Act as the finance lead for system implementations
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Qualified Accountant (i.e. CA, CPA, HKICPA, ACCA)
- At least 10-15 years of relevant professional experience
- Candidates with a Big 4 background is a plus
- Highly ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about growing business
- Able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to drive efficiency
- Work with a range of people across different levels and functions
- Strong command of English with Mandarin and Cantonese as a plus
