Job Description

  • Leading and managing the accounting and finance department to ensure effective financial operations from a controlling standpoint at a head office level (with international offices)
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Providing strategic financial advice to the senior management team
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the company's assets
  • Drive annual audit and tax compliance and planning
  • Driving cost optimisation and efficiency improvements across the organisation
  • Collaborating with various departments to support business growth and profitability

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Between 20-25 years of professional all rounded technical accounting experience
  • Candidates with Big 4 background is a plus
  • Candidates who has worked in a mixed industry background or complex business model is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Demonstrate a stable progressive career track record in his/her career history
  • Be recognised as a finance talent to take up additional responsibility and bandwidth to develop further
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and drive business decisions
  • Language capability in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
