As a Finance Director you are responsible for invested portfolio companies in the energy/infrastructure. You tasks will include liquidity management, capital structure optimization including (project) finance workstreams/leverage management. There is an element of FP&A where the person should lead/oversee strategic initiatives/value creation from a financial perspective in collaboration with local portfolio company management. You will lead a team of 2 Senior Associates handling accounting and valuation workstreams, this requires oversight and some proactive control/decision making and requires a good understanding of these topics. The team is small and the candidate therefore needs a hands-on, proactive, "entrepreneurial" mentality.
