Our Client has a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical practices.Job DescriptionOverall management of the budget, audit, taxation and accounting within the local organizationSupport and guide general Accounting with the local Chief AccountantSupervise the Controlling team by providing and directing procedures and systems necessary to improve current controlling systemOrganize, structure and manage the local finance team, sharing and implementing best practice in all divisions and ensuring alignment at all times to the group's interestsBudgeting and monthly reporting with a particular focus on variance analysisActive participation in the process of obtaining financing, managing relationships with banks and investorsAssess performance and plan, implement and manage operational across all departmentsSet up performance benchmarks for the company and certify accuracy of financial statementsProvide financial leadership in terms of cost reduction and revenue optimizationLead the cooperation with internal and external auditors and manage the completion the company's financial auditsManage financing, banking and partner vendor relationshipsManaging local team of appr. 35 FTE'sClose cooperation with company Board and reporting to CEOThe Successful ApplicantExperience in a similar role/ financial management (min. 7 years) in large, rapidly developing manufacturing company/companiesExperience in managing large and various- function departmentsProficient knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, accounting standards, tax regulationsAbility to obtain financing, experience in building investor relations and cooperating with banksKnowledge of the SAP HANA systemA collaborative leadership style and the ability to motivate a dedicated teamA proactive mindset, particularly toward supporting sustainability initiativesProficiency in English (min.
