Job Description

  • Oversee the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the effective use of financial systems and tools within the organisation.
  • Support decision-making through data-driven financial insights.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and analysis.
  • Professional qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Experience in leading financial teams and managing complex budgets.
  • The ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous, but not essential
