Job Description

As Finance Director, you'll join the executive team, collaborating closely with the UK CEO and Operations Director while reporting to the US-based Group CFO.

This role is pivotal, as you'll lead a small finance team, drive strategic financial planning, and oversee comprehensive financial reporting in line with US GAAP and IFRS standards.

You'll have the chance to shape the company's financial direction, optimise ERP processes, and play a key role in its journey toward net-zero.

This role offers strategic, and hands-on involvement in a company making a genuine impact globally.

The Successful Applicant

We're seeking an accomplished Finance Director with experience in a, similar sized manufacturing environment, ideally with a global customer base. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A professional Accounting Qualifications (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS, with hands-on ERP experience.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to motivate a dedicated team.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with senior leadership across multiple regions.
  • A proactive mindset, particularly toward supporting sustainability initiatives.
