Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Driving effective cash flow planning and working capital optimization to ensure financial stability and support business continuity
  • Partnering with C-level executives on financial matters, business performance, and strategic initiatives
  • Preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performing in-depth variance and trend analyses
  • Supporting the development of financial strategies and participating in business planning processes
  • Providing actionable financial analysis to operational teams and senior leadership for performance optimization
  • Driving improvements in financial reporting, budgeting tools, and business intelligence systems
  • Cooperation with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
  • Supporting internal control functions and ensuring alignment with audit and compliance standards



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role
  • High level of proactivity, integrity, and adherence to professional standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Solid knowledge of investment financing and capital structuring
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environment
  • Willingness to work on-site at the company's office in Łódź
