The role will be a true Finance Business Partner to the General Manager of the plant. Managing a small team of two, you will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.Main duties and responsibilities include:Ownership of cost accounting and inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reportingMonthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI trackingCash flow forecasting and working capital managementBudgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic planning activitiesPartnering with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and process improvementsEnsuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit requirementsProviding leadership, development, and support to the finance team.This role is exclusive to Page Executive Boston - you will not find it elsewhere!
