About Our Client

My client is one of the largest consumer products company in the world, dominating the industry. Currently, due to expansion of the business at the higher strategic level, they are looking to bring on board a high potential candidate to work closely with other regional heads in APAC to operate on finance related transformation projects.

Job Description

  • Conduct research on the current business performance and external environment factors
  • Develop new business opportunities for strategy development, which are in line with the company's future strategy development, involved in innovative management system for the different BU
  • Drive business performance through KPI indicators and monitor the progress
  • Work effectively with department heads, partners and vendors in order to execute new business plans
  • Manage and track transformation project in APAC
  • Align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or higher in Finance, Business, Management, IT, Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • At least 5-8 year's experience in finance transformation projects for sizeable companies, with a total of 10-15 years of working experience
  • Candidates with retail, sourcing, consumer products, FMCG markets industry background is a plus
  • Demonstrate the ability to formulate strategy tactics, come up with solutions and think outside the box
  • Excellent command of languages (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) both written and verbally
  • Strike to work in a dynamic working environment, meet deadlines and different levels of people
