About Our Client
Leading Financial Services firm
Job Description
Build, develope and manage a small elite team of in house and outsourced financial operations professionals
Ensure flawless execution of the financial operation including cash management,payroll, AP, AR, sourcing and procurement
Provide daily oversight of the off shore vendor and address any queries of the internal customers
Continuous process improvement
Partner with the business and department leaders to evolve risk controls and solve financial operational issues
The Successful Applicant
Have experience building great teams and understand how to motivate and develop staff and peers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of stakeholder management
Passionate about creating solutions and problem solving
Excellent organistional skills
CPA preferred with strong internal controls mindset and excellent experience of managing outsourced operations.
