Job Description
As the Interim Financial Reporting Controller, you will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will also business partner across the wider organisation and play a key role in the Management Team.
Key responsibilities include;
- Delivering the statutory reporting for the business
- Lead on month end activities and close
- Providing key financial insight and analysis to support effective decision making
- Manage external relationships with the external auditors
- Ensure robust and comprehensive compliance is in place
- Lead on business case reviews and appraisals
- Adopt continuous improvement activities
The Successful Applicant
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to drive forward continuous improvements
- A proven track record of adding value
