About Our Client
Our client is a medium sized, but rapidly growing FMCG organisation. They are an exciting company that has gone from strength to strength. They have a balanced portfolio of both Branded and Private label business.
You will be accountable for the following:
- Leadership of the commercial team, including recruitment and training
- Sales and JBP planning with main grocery accounts
- Contribute to the leadership of the UK organisation as a key member of the board
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative working environment across the whole organisation
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced sales / commercial director with a strong FMCG background. You will have an extensive network across the multiples and extensive experience of growing accounts.
You will have had a wealth of man management experience and a clear understanding on how best to form and develop a high calibre commercial team.
