An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced senior professional to join this large complex and global business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A your role will see you responsible for the group consolidation and management reporting.

Job Description

A crucial appointment, this position will be responsible for performance reporting, business partnering at a corporate level, driving value add business insights and a variety of ad-hoc business projects in addition to cyclical FP&A duties. Working with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders throughout the group you will be:

  • Leading planning and performance processes, budgeting and forecasting, and the identification of business performance gaps.
  • Scenario analysis and business case development.
  • Ownership of business performance and the delivery of the financial plan.
  • Deep dive reporting and development of new tools to provide insights and trends.
  • Working closely with the investor relations and divisional company heads
  • Any other ad hoc project work.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will be CA or CPA qualified, with at least 8 years' experience, ideally from a chartered environment with exposure in group FP&A across multinational companies. You will have a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and information flow, board reporting and strong numerical and analytical skills. In addition to this you will be able to work to tight deadlines, have exceptional interpersonal skills and have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Those with ASX exposure and or product related organisations will be highly regarded. Those with large ERP exposure and reporting tools experience will also be favourable. Candidates coming straight from chartered with a transactional services background and/or corporate finance background within Big 4 manager level and above may apply also.
