Job Description

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a European sales strategy, focusing on high-growth markets and luxury retail channels.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with European distributors, premium retailers, and key accounts to maximise revenue and brand exposure.
  • Market Insights: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to deliver seamless brand experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets, ensuring delivery against ambitious growth objectives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand at key European events, trade shows, and high-level meetings, showcasing its luxury heritage and values.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive sales leadership experience within the premium food or drinks sector, with a strong understanding of European luxury markets and consumer preferences.
  • Language Skills: Fluent French and English are essential. Additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Commercial Expertise: A proven track record of delivering growth, managing complex negotiations, and building long-term partnerships.
  • European Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of European markets, including distribution networks, retail channels, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Leadership Skills: Inspirational and results-driven, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to maintain and grow client relationships.
