Job Description
Leading and overseeing the management in Indonesian office, the Future Country Director will be responsible for directing the teams from the strategy, operational until the commercial activities. Leading the whole office full of dynamic teams, this role will also be responsible for the P&L and will report directly to the Regional Director.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience ideally in Structural, Civil or other Engineering disciplines and equipped with technical knowledge and industry awareness
- Experience in consulting, business and client management
- Possess leadership in project management with problem solving and analytical skills
- Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering design on building, from concept until the completion including construction phase
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language
