Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager with strategic vision and international experience to lead a 5* All inclusive luxury resort in Corfu. The role involves full operational responsibility, ensuring brand standards, optimising financial performance, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, local teams, and corporate offices are essential.

  • Oversee the entire resort operation, ensuring quality and profitability.
  • Implement sales strategies, cost control, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality KPIs.
  • Lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain effective relationships with owners, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive reports and financial analysis for regional leadership.
  • Monitor and execute action plans to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 10 years in senior management roles within hospitality, preferably in international companies.
  • Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Finance.
  • Leadership, strategic vision, financial acumen, effective communication, adaptability in multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of the Greek market and experience in seasonal destinations is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent English (essential), Greek highly valued.
