Job Description

- Define the company's long-term strategic vision and ensure its successful implementation.

- Ensure operational efficiency, with particular focus on service quality and safety.

- Oversee key business functions, including human resources, administration, and sales.

- Monitor and improve business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop and manage relationships with key clients and business partners, ensuring the consolidation and expansion of the client portfolio.

- Plan and supervise the company budget, monitoring cash flows and financial performance.

- Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement, with particular attention to maintenance and aerospace safety processes.

- Lead and motivate a high-level team, fostering a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented work environment.

The Successful Applicant

- A degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master's or MBA is considered a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles in the aerospace sector or related industries

- Strong results orientation and ability to manage change.

- Excellent leadership skills, with a pragmatic and team-oriented approach.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a solid strategic vision.

- Fluency in English, and ideally proficiency in additional languages.
